EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
Electrical safety inspections.
An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), often called an electrical safety certificate, records the condition of fixed wiring. It is commonly requested for rented properties, sales and commercial premises.
Gas Safety Certificate
Landlord and property gas safety checks.
A gas safety certificate (CP12) records a check of the gas appliances, flues and pipework in a property. It is most often arranged by landlords, and also for commercial premises.
Fire Risk Assessment
Fire safety assessments for relevant properties and premises.
A fire risk assessment identifies fire hazards and reviews fire precautions such as alarms, escape routes and emergency lighting in shared areas and commercial premises.
EPC
Energy Performance Certificates.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates how energy efficient a property is, from A to G, and suggests improvements. One is normally needed when a property is sold or let.
Fire Alarm Servicing
Fire alarm inspection and servicing.
Fire alarm servicing covers the inspection and testing of fire alarm systems, including detectors, call points and control panels, with a record of the work.

Can I arrange more than one check?
Yes. You can arrange more than one service for the same property. ChecksSorted takes one enquiry per service, so send an enquiry for each one you need and mention in the notes that the checks are for the same property.
For example, landlords often arrange a gas safety certificate and an EICR (the electrical safety certificate) for a rental home, and sometimes add an EPC before letting. In England, an EICR is needed at least every 5 years (GOV.UK).
